Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

My wife and I stopped here on our way to Saratoga Springs for a weekend trip. The place was super clean, staff were extremely friendly and informative, and best of all, the beers were delicious (especially the IPA's). I enjoy going to a place where the staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome, and they can answer questions you have about what they produce. Looking foward to our next visit!

I’ve been coming here since they opened. The beer is drinkable to say the least. Despite the beer being mediocre at best, I like to support local businesses, especially during the Covid. However, I will never set foot in this business or drink a drop of their, really sub-standard swill ever again. Why? Mostly because of the blatant disrespect that me and some of my friends had to endure on behalf of the extremely ignorant, rude, and classless owner. Quick background, our kids had a birthday party at an establishment near the the brewery. The brewery, who just refused service to a young lady and her infant child who came to meet other family members, could not accommodate our party and put us on a waiting list. We decided to gladly buy some four packs and wait about 50 yards away from the brewery outside from where our kids were. We were called within 2 minutes since the party with the infant decided to leave. Per the staff, we were unable to bring in the beer that we just bought, less than 2 minutes ago into the brewery. Ok no big deal, we decided to give up our seats and to just finished our beers outside at a separate business where our kids were. A woman, who I believe to be the owner came out to scold us about violating SLA regulations and demanded that we SPILL out our beers, mind you the beers we just bought from her and then she had the nerve to comment about one of us rolling our our eyes at her. We were pretty much done any way and then this owner came out in a huff again about 2 minutes later demanding we spill out our beers or she will call the police. Well, call the police she did. The police came and were perfect gentlemen. No doubt the police have better things to do than be at the beckon call of an unhinged subpar brewery owner. How embarrassing for her. Then you know what happened?....nothing. Nothing happened. Well, Unified lost about 12 customers and I will tell everyone I know that the company’s beer, is only slightly better than their disgusting customer service. It was interesting how the owner tried to lecture us about the SLA Covid guidelines, when her food truck ran out of food and she couldn’t even abide by those same guidelines to serve food along with beverages. Quite the hypocrisy from this owner. I suggest you spend your money elsewhere.
