Riesling is without a doubt the flagship wine of the Finger Lakes. And there is nobody that does better Rieslings than KLV. This is a small winery that you might overlook. They don't make a ton of varietals. Riesling, vignoles, a couple reds, and some...More

This place was the standout winery of our Finger Lakes trip. It seems to have a cult following, and I can see why. Attention to quality is key here and it shows in the wines. The different rieslings and vignoles were exceptional- and this is...More

With so many wineries on the lake now, it is necessary to attempt to stand out. Unfortunately, the only thing I can say about this winery is average. Average wines, lacked atmosphere, and average service. Many other wineries excel in some or all areas.

This is a tiny place. A very old, small building with a tasting bar that can't accommodate more than 6 people? However, we thought the wines were very good and the 2 women that were working there were friendly and knowledgeable. If you like quality...More

This one was not in the list of vineyards on the Keuka Lake Wine Trail. We found it by accident. The tasting room is small and intimate. The host knew and loved the wines he presented. By far the best tasting wines we had sampled...More

Had a nice lady pour me my tastings and explain the wines. Enjoyed every wine as I got a bottle of red and two whites. Beautiful location on the lake. Will visit again.

This winery was recommended to us and it was every bit as good as we were told. The wines are dry, the way we like them and the way they advertise them. Our server was extremely knowledgeable and once he found out we were serious,...More

This was an impromptu first-time visit with a group of friends at the end of the day. We arrived about 45 minutes before closing with about 4-5 other groups, including a bus load of people, but did not feel rushed. Our server was pleasant and...More

Unless you like dry wines, don't come here. Person serving samples didn't explain anything about the wine. She seemed nice otherwise. Small parking area, small picnic area. Tasting ended up being comp'd because there was a few obnoxious guys who ruined the tasting.

The lake is visible in the distance from outside the building, not from the tasting room. Some wineries have tasting rooms with a broad view of the lake, which is part of the ambiance. This winery doesn't have that view... More
