Playland long gone...the old summer bungalows gone
replaced with housing projects and small development houses.

Wouldn't live anywhere else in NYC. We call Rockaway Beach "Nashville North" due to the abundance of excellent musicians / bands of all genres. The boardwalk is the place to be on a summer day / & night.
