Good view entering the park. and a nice place to sit and have a picnic. But thats it. beyond that the only reason to give it better than avg rating is cause well other parks here are also ... meh.

Beautiful place to go. People come here from, taking walks to taking pictures for their wedding. You can picnic here to snow sledding in here too. GREAT PLACE

Pictures can't do it justice. The size of the dam and roar of the water in person are amazing. Definitely visit if you are in the area!

This place is beautiful. There is a large park area, so a perfect spot to bring a picnic lunch and eat looking at the falls. From the parking lot, there is not much of a walk to look at the falls. No hiking required.

If you mean off-leash as being dog friendly, the answer is no. Leashed dogs are welcome. Please take any dog leavings with you when you leave.
