We spent several hours recently walking through and around this preserve with our baby. On the New York side, they don't allow dogs, which was the only drawback, but I've heard that they are ok on the CT side. We're still trying to find out...More

No dogs. No trail bikes. Just humans, walking. Look, do not pick! Once a horse trail and estate, this magnificent open space is precious. Also part of a water shed. Protect it as you enjoy it.

Went for great family walk. I probably shouldn't review this as we don't want it to get overcrowded !!! Many locals know about it. Not so many from outside the area !!!

Wonderful meandering trails well marked, Mianus river rolling through & not over crowded. Great place to spend several hours have a picnic breathe in serenity of Mother Nature.

The trails were very well marked, it was great to train the little ones how to follow a map and get used to hiking. But there was very little to see and most of the trails are not near the water.
