First time stopping by here for a show...kd lang. The venue was so nice, clean, friendly staff, comfy, friendly prices, about a 1500 seater? parking was easy, no jams getting in and out of the area. Look forward to going back again.

This is one of the best places in the area to see a concert. All of the seats are fantastic, and the acoustics really bring out a very high sound quality!

I don't think you will have trouble seeing, but sitting that close to the stage puts you close to the speakers. Those can be rather loud at times.
