I was fortunate to be in a hotel close to this park, so every morning came here to walk/jog along the canal. What a beauty!

If you haven't had the chance to cycle the D&R canal, you need to go. Now. It's the closest thing i've found to the GAP trail in Maryland. Friendly people, great trail.

Walking or biking along the canal is a must for anyone who loves the outdoors and wants to enjoy the beautiful, peaceful scenery along the D&R canal. Every season is a joy to experience. Many places along the canal to park. Definitely try different ones.

Its just a walking track. People were fishing other that not much to say. There are beter places to walk at least during winter.
