I like old cemeteries and wanted to see this one. Many notable people are buried here. Parking is very limited, but you can park on the narrow street that winds through the cemetery. We found one of the few parking spots and began walking. We...More

Yes--it's a cemetery but not any 'ol cemetery. This one has some very famous people buried in it--US Presidents and other dignitaries. Grover Cleveland, Aaron Burr and others. It's also just plain pretty and when you're finished walking around, there are many of Princeton's restaurants...More

Sadly, I knew a teen buried there. So I really know the place. But it is also quite historical. If it is your thing, then do it!

I came here with my daughter and we were both amazed at some of the people buried in this cemetery. You need to get the map so you can find particular gravestones.

There are a hilarious number of locked entryways; we literally thought the cemetery was closed like everything else in Princeton on Mondays. There's a driveway to the far right if you're facing the front that you can walk all the way down for entry. Burr's...More

.........well, at least, the ones that are old and "historic." This cemetery dates from 1757, so, of course, there's going to be some historic headstones and gravesites. And, if it's Princeton University history that you're interested in, there are 12 former University Presidents buried here....More

It's located near the center of the older burial area. It's not far from the area of the Princeton presidents
