We took the “wine” train from Phillipsburg to the Villa Milagro winery. On the ride, we were entertained by Paul, a volunteer who shared information about trains and pointed out the area’s sights. It is clear that he loves what he does, and his engaging...More

1 1/2 hour 'out and back' trip along the Delaware River. Could be longer if you chose the 'corn maze' or 'Mine' stop. A nice day trip. Would have appreciated a better sound system and dialogue. It was cold, a better staging activity would be...More

They advertise it as a beautiful scenic 45 minute train ride along the Delaware river on an antique STEAM LOCOMOTIVE. While waiting for the train at the Lehigh Junction one of the workers told us what park of the platform to wait at for the...More

We were somewhat disappointed with this. The features listed said the train ride would be "a beautiful NARRATED ride.......". Although the volunteer person on the train was pleasant and friendly, this was NOT a narrated train ride. The winery had a single restroom (with NO...More

Great staff of volunteers. Very hard workers. But hardware is definitely going downhill with age and inadequate number of maintainers. Wine train below par due mainly to winery cooperation and bus scheduling. Corn maze/"mine" are over-priced embarrassments. Maze is poorly managed to prevent wild kids...More

I would like to thank you for visiting us ,but, I would also like to comment on your post. The hardware as you mention, meaning the train I assume, is mechanically sound, and inspected by the federal railroad administration. We take great pride in the...More

I am sorry you were not happy. On the 7 mile ride the were 14 backyards, the rest was river views and forest. You did not mention the spin art, temporary tattoos, bounce house, the dinosaur show with world famous paleontologists, Scott wagstaff the ventriloquist,...More
