We were there prior to the peak season. Boardwalk itself is in good condition and buildings appear to be ready for their summer season.

The Ocean City boardwalk has tons of stores, restaurants, and activities lining it. It's especially fun to ride your bike down it.

There's a place a block or two off the boardwalk called Spadafora's Seafood. Excellent food. I had lobster and my mother had scallops. Nice wait staff too. I highly recommend it.
