Sight lines are great; easy to get to via Path trains… food ranges from mediocre to good. 1 elevator only.. since Pandemic they don’t take cash … nice food variety.

A long trip from Manhattan to see the Red Bulls. Football ok, half-time entertainment very good.
Chaotic getting in; why security and then separate ticket check?
Good views as you’d expect in a modern stadium. Food and drinks extortionate!

Visited for Red Bulls v Vancouver Whitecaps with my children. Took the train from World Trade Centre - found the journey easy both ways and ground is a short walk from Harrison station.
Inside the ground the seats are good, plenty of food and drink options - very enjoyable experience.

Wish I could have given more…the stadium is nice but there is no parking. Waited 45 minutes just to park and all lots were full and they had no alternatives. All local businesses if you park there end up towing you car at $250 a car. It was an absolute nightmare for people coming from out of state. Drove 1 1/2 hours to then sit and wait another 45 min to find parking. Who builds a stadium in a town full of businesses and apartments and no parking. Poorly thought out. Within 1 mile of the stadium the roads and traffic crew can’t handle the massive volume of cars for any event. It was a nightmare especially coming from the Philadelphia suburbs when you go to the Philadelphia stadiums it’s organized and tons of parking. Even the Union stadium all business open their lots and you can pay to park there for any event.
I will never go to Red Bull arena for any event in the future. Absolutely mess.

We went to a Red Bulls match on a Saturday evening. The event parking was poorly directed and cost $20. If you want any enjoyment, DO NOT PARK IN THE EVENT OARKING LOT!! The planning for this whole process was terrible. The game was fine but leaving the parking lot was an absolute disaster. I am writing this as I sit in the parking lot trying to get out. We have already been sitting here with no movement for over an hour and no end is in sight. All we have to go is 0.5 miles to get on interstate. Sorry Red Bulls please pay somebody a little bit of money to plan an exit strategy for fans. It ruined the whole experience I will never come back

Horrible experience. Nice stadium, once you get there, but parking is ridiculous. So bad people are still waiting on line to get into the stadium after half-time, and very poorly mapped out, good luck even finding it. Not sure why they can’t get dedicated parking and you can just pay online??? Obviously their concerns lie with sales and totally oblivious to any experience for the payer. Same inside the stadium, poorly set up vendors making for long lines and waits, and just a horrendous experience overall.

Nice stadium but nothing worked. They advertised the ability to order ahead on the Red Bulls App, but it didn't work. They ran out of everything, out of ketchup, out of napkins, out of Pepsi, had to wait in a long line and wait for chicken tenders and the stadium seemed to be at half capacity, they clearly aren't equipped to handle crowds. Crossing the GWB to get there was just not worth it. Going to wait for the new NYC FC stadium to be built and support them instead....

I wish I could give it a higher rating because the arena is a great place to watch soccer, but I just can’t. I drove an hour to get to Harrison and spent over an hour sitting in traffic for parking. What were people thinking building an arena in this neighborhood without enough parking?! Traffic flow is just horrendous. Leaving the game? I am still sitting in my car in the parking spot in the garage. The game needed over an hour ago. The cars have not moved an inch!! Awful planning, awful management, awful experience!! Come on!! Never again!!

Redbull Stadium is a beautiful soccer arena that is very well constructed and offers a lot of great viewing. I would caution you to park in the city of Newark and walk as getting out of the arena and into the arena by car is extremely challenging. Also be advised that the food and drinks are quite expensive. Otherwise I find it to be a great place to watch a game and I'm really glad it's there.

The Red Bulls are my team and we visit RBA often; it's a great venue. The only downside is that the parking lot is a swamp of very loose gravel, so that every time we go we see cars and trucks almost unable to navigate out of it. It's like quicksand. Plus, you have to pay $20 for it (and $30 for international games). When I contacted the RB brass, they said that the city of Harrison actually maintains the lot. (In other words, they passed that buck as fast as they could.) I contacted the Mayor's office, but, as in the Beatles song, got no reply.

Im not sure. We were there in the summer. No backpacks are allowed and women are not allowed pocketbooks unless clear. I would call the Red Bulls and ask

I am going with a large group in a coach bus. Where can we park it? Whats tailgating like?
Written 12 February 2020
Hi all. I'm coming in for the game on Saturday, 4/6, from PA. Never been to Red Bull Arena. I'm thinking about parking in one of the Harrison Parking lots on the arena side of the river, maybe the one off of 2nd street. What time should I get there for a 7pm game? Any other recommendations (e.g., the best lot to park in)? Anything else I should or shouldn't do? Thanks.
Written 4 April 2019
The lots closest to the arena are convenient (walking distance). If you get there anywhere between 4:30 and 6 you will have plenty of time to wait in line to get to parking lot, walk in, go through security, go to bathroom, get snacks/ drinks, shop for souvenir, find seats, etc. before it gets really crowded.

I´m a New York CIty FC Fan and I´m there for a game on July 14, 2019.
Could anyone tell me where the away sections is in that stadium? Is it a big problem, if i would sit in a home section. Will i get troubles with the fans?
Written 6 March 2019
People are people. You'll probably be OK, but you may get booed. We found most of the fans here are loud, but not violent. Most everybody wants to enjoy the game. Of course there's always the irresponsible drunks that could get out of hand, but we haven't seen any big brawls.
Here is the Club web site: nycfc
and the current (as of today) ph# : Tel: 212.738.5900
They will probably have a better answer for the sections.
Sorry, I can't be of better help.

Does the stadium have a baggage storage area? Or does Harrison station?

I don't think either have a baggage storage area. I don't know for sure.

Coming to a game & my husband has a broken foot.
What is the walking distance from parking lot to stadium?
And would uber be a better option?
Written 14 July 2018
There are several lots, and some are a decent distance. The closest is a $20 lot. Not sure if Uber can get you door to door, so you may want to purchase a parking pass for the arena lot. Its much closer, but likely more costly. Hope this helps.

How bad is traffic headed to a game? How much extra time should I allow? Do I pay for parking beforehand?
Written 10 March 2018
Unfortunately I usually stay at the Element hotel in Harrison which is a five minute walk to Red Bull Arena
