We may have come at a bad time but our experience was awful. It was very clear that our party was not a priority for the game masters as they ignored most of our clue requests (had to ask over five times for one) and didn't activate parts of the puzzle. Solved the first portion within five minutes but the latches only released after twenty minutes. Not sure if the delay was because someone saw we put them in the right place and wasn't paying attention but I didn't shift anything. There was a children's party happening so maybe everyone was busy looking at that. No one came to get us or explain the solutions when time ran out. A girl just came in and reset the objects. Not a great escape room experience.

The staff was amazing and very friendly. However, one of the first two puzzles we had to complete was broken and we spent 35 mins out of 60 mins trying to fix it before the staff had to override the game and lead us to the next clue. At that point we barely made it to the midpoint of the game. The kids were disappointed and although they enjoyed it, I felt it was a waste of money.

We were having a great time, until at the very end we learned that a door which should have opened revealing a clue that we needed hadn’t opened. We ended up running out of time and would likely have finished in the hour had we gotten that clue. It was really disappointing! What was more disappointing was the lack of concern that the employee showed when we told her the door had never opened. She said, oh well. You got to experience the best parts anyway.”

The escape room was so fun for my daughter and her 7 friends. I joined them in the room to chaperone but didn’t help them (and didn’t have to pay for a ticket for me). They were a bunch of chaotic craziness but figured it out as they went along with the help of the on-screen clues. They finished and we went out for pizza afterward. Half the conversation at lunch was “who’s going to have an escape room birthday next???” Lots of playfulness, laughter, and excitement. We loved it.

I love this place! This was my second time here and I love how kind and friendly everyone is. They are very helpful and make it a very pleasant and comfortable experience. I would definitely recommend trying the escape rooms here.

My friends and I had a great time! We did Abigails room and it was quite challenging. I'd definitely go back to try another room or experience with a group in the future. The only reasons not rating 5 stars is because there is stiff competition with other similar places, as well the overall presentation could be improved. Also the bathrooms all did not work while we were there which was unexpected. The staff and service was excellent.

The 2 escape rooms we have done here have been clever and challenging. What we have found a bit frustrating is that some of the "puzzles" are more about precise timing (think video game) than brainpower. We don't enjoy that as much as the brainteasers, etc.
Now...this is picky. But my youngest is not crazy about dark/creepy spaces so we were excited about the candy room. But it was literally the hardest room! They don't hide that fact...but it would be awesome if there was a more kid friendly room that wasn't hella difficult.
The hosts are fine, the rooms look great. But we left each time frustrated, so we probably won't be going back.

This place was so cool. Extra surprise that the floor started moving like we were on a ship. I went with my 9 and 11 year old and there were tons of things to keep them entertained and feel included in the game. Shay was really nice and made us feel less stupid for not getting out in time!

Great escape room with many creative clues. The staff was friendly and informative. Our group had lots of fun. It was a great activity to finish up a birthday!

We went in the Candy World room at the Edison location. It was a somewhat difficult room but a fun experience. We got out with 2 seconds on the clock. Matt was our guide and he was great.
