- EaglesFan27Reading, Pennsylvania627 contributionsGiants vs EaglesI went to MetLife Stadium supporting the Eagles, but it was more of a 50/50 crowd with the Eagles playing well and the Giants out of contention. The in-stadium atmosphere is amazing. They really get the home fans pumped up, but the Eagles fans brought their energy as well. From what I could tell, all the fans are well behaved and got along despite the rivalry. The stadium is one of the largest in the NFL, but there is no bad seat. One of my complaints is the upper concourse does not flow well with lines of people for the restrooms and food. Also, the parking lot situation after the game is tough as there is only 1 road back to the highway and be prepared for tolls. It made for a long trip back for me, but if I were local, I'd use mass transit. Overall, it was a great experience.Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to write such a thorough review! We appreciate the feedback and are glad you were able to make it out and enjoy a game. We look forward to hopefully hosting you again soon! - Foster44Newport, United Kingdom146 contributionsimpressive stadium, well organised security and transport arrangements, but expensive drinks!Caught the train from Penn Station in New York and straight forward to get to the stadium in New Jersey (one change on train, follow all the other football fans). Thorough security checks and good views from anywhere in the stadium. It is quite exposed so did get cold, but thankfully wasn't raining. Food prices are ok, but drinks are very expensive, a bottle of bud was $13!!! No big queues to be fair.Hello, Thank you very much for taking the time to write a review! - Lilly Johnson2 contributionsThe environment was very comfortable!I have been to MetLife Stadium awhile before the Covid Pandemic was around. I had went there to see the most famous boy band in the world, BTS. The South Korean boy band that I have come to love was such an amazing view. The seats were very cozy and I expected to not be able to hear the band sing over the screaming fans, but the audio was incredible! The temperature in the arena is not to hot and not to cold. The show was amazing and the atmosphere was relaxing and very comfortable. I really recommend going there once it opens back up. (I picked May 2020 as the date I went to MetLife Stadium as a requirement. I actually went in the middle of august 2019)Visited May 2020Written 15 April 2021

The security is disgraceful. I took my 10 year old to see Blackpink. Arriving at the security my Louis Vuitton bag was snatched and roughly handled. I only had my car fob, wallet and lip gloss. The security yelled at me when I told him do not handle my over 2k bag like a plastic bag. He and another rude disrespectful security guard proceeded to yell at me and snatched my daughters phone! She’s 10. I also feel it was racism as we were African American being yelled at by several old white disgruntled white men. I’m an accountant and not trash and your staff is disgraceful!!!! We attended the black pink concert 8/13 had floor 1 row 1 seats if that helps you figure out who the employees were at that entry. Each staff member we encountered was nasty and rude, rude to my little girl too! Management should be ashamed at how they allow their security to treat patrons. Patrons pay hundreds/thousands for tickets we should all be respected regardless of race!

I went to MetLife for a concert. The concert was amazing and the merch women were amazing and friendly as while. The only complaint I have is the security that are in charge of the metal detectors. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. They were throwing peoples bags, phones, and other items. As while as yelling at people when everyone was following there orders to begin with. I understand that you know not everything has to be place down but no need to bodyslam peoples personal belongings. They are lucky my phone didn’t break because I would have definitely called their supervisor. Just no need to treat people like criminals. We come from far places and spend a lot of money to not only have a good time but to also have respect. MetLife you Need to either get new staff or train them better because some of them get a little bit of power and treat others rudely. Respect goes both ways.

It took an hour just to get into parking. The signs aren’t very clear and there really anyone to help u. Missed the first 2 opening bands because of this. Totally unorganized. Why u would have a huge mall and the stadium using the same roads. Then leaving was RIDICULOUS! Timed it, from 25 ft from where the tunnel began it took us almost 38 minutes to get through. We moved like a zombie horde. Totally unsafe. The thought of being trampled if something happened. You literally are trapped. Guys selling shirts. I will NEVER go back there for anything again.

I attended the match between Arsenal and Manchester United at metlife stadium on July 22nd 2023. I witnessed fights breaking out all around me with no security or police reacting. They stood there from afar looking on despite fans asking them to intervene. After the fight security did nothing to eject those responisble, the police didnt arrest anyone. My daughter was visibly shaken and we had to leave soon after for her safety. This is what Melife stadium want, they want idiots fighting and they dont want families to attend. I want everyone family out there to understand if you visit this stadium be very careful and know its a risk as if anything happens you will get no help.

Very unprofessional social media admins. I guess it's easier to like a tweet than maintain a clean venue. Maybe focus more on your actual job and less in Kpop drama.

We visited the stadium to see the Ed Sheeran concert. The stadium was done beautifully with the guests in mind. We were in a platinum section with a lounge with different eateries and bars. It was expensive for dinner but it was a special occasion. Our seats were not bad for the money spent and were comfortable.
I have two complaints about the facility. Unfortunately, I had to bring the rating to two star. First, the tunnel between the American Dream mall and parking garage/lots made me feel very anxious. There were thousands of people in this tunnel with no security or police officers. With young children, we had to keep them very close. Second, the parking in each lot was not directed at all. It was a huge cluster (use your imagination). It took no exaggeration, one hour to get out.
If I return for a concert or sporting event, we will be taking public transportation.

Nice and big stadium, is somewhat new and holds about fifty thousand people. With that many people leaving at one you are going to have some confusion at the end of a show. Plan for and you will be more relaxed.

We went here for a national marching band championship. We had great seats like any stadium tou have to go down inside for bathrooms. Bit they were well kept. We tried some of the food and drinks all were good but not cheap. Parking for our event was easy and the attendants were great. Even the ticket and bag check people were very nice and friendly.

We are coming to a concert at the stadium Sept. 6, traveling from Manhattan. I've read all the horror stories about getting to and from this stadium. Any one have a good suggestion on how we can get to the stadium and back?
