I was looking for a place to have a good beer around the area and found just that. The beer was good, they have a four glass taster, but their pants down ipa was for sure the best.

Lovely relaxed place with lots of seating. Lake, plenty of space. Menu looked good, kids ate ice creams beers and ciders were yummy. A few games around the place to play to keep the kids entertained.

We were part of a large tour group and this stop was great. The lunch provided and the samples of beer and cider were excellent. The staff were quick, friendly and efficient. There is plenty of parking and a kid friendly play ground.

once the pioneer of the region's breweries the truth is it has now been overtaken by better breweries. For a visitor to the region I wouldn't pick this as the brewery to visit, though the beers are ok
