I would highly recommend Fat Tuesday! They have a nice variety of flavors of boozy slushies (I recommend the Electric Lemonade and the Pineapple Amaretto) and you really get your money's worth here, in my opinion.
I purchased the Yard Dog (one of the larger reusable cups). It was $20 the first time for the cup and the slushie but after that it was $13 for refills. We always got two extra shots, which cost $2 per shot, so my total always came to $17. Having just one of these drinks plus the two extra shots was all I needed for the whole night so this was a good deal for me!

Got a daiquiri and it was great. The issue I would take is the cup option. Only one size of disposable as the rest are souvenir cups which adds an unneeded cost really. $14 of a large cup when it could have been more like $8 or $9 with a disposable.

Went here a few times while we were in Vegas. Went for the 32 which was a lovely flavour with a definite kick. I have to say that the cups are well worth the money. We went to cheaper alternative that used disposable cups and our hands were so cold we had to keep swapping hands all the time. The insulated cups you get to refill are much more comfortable to use. Just need to make sure to keep the cup with me. I brought the cup back with me to the uk I love it haha.

It's OK. As good as other frozen beverages CAUTION! most places that sell drinks in novelty cups can be refilled at any other shops. Regardless of brand they can be filled at most places. No one will refill a Fat Tuesday cup. At any price. Fat Tuesday will fill other cups but if you have a Fat Tuesday cup you have to track down thier outlets...kills your buzz for sure....

Drinks were huge and delicious. Staff was a bit rough. My friend and I visited Vegas for the day and stopped in Caesars Palace. While in Vegas there were several big drink options Im still glad we chose Fat Tuesadys.

So this place is very chill with mrs Mia. Me and my wife was treated nice .with great service .awesome 190 octane. And cold $6 bud light. The place price and mia made our night thank you👍😎

Depending on my time of arrival, I carry my refill mug on my carry on so as soon as I get to my Hotel I go straight to Fat Tuesday and get my eye candy with extra shot. If I am already checked in I go back to the hotel and add an extra shot of my own from my bottle I bring with me. Thats the way I start my Vegas get away. I make sure the Hotel Casino I stay at has a Fat Tuesday close by so I an get my fix before I start my day or evening. Its the only way to go.

Fat Tuesday is the place for any fan of tasty slushy drinks! There are many Fat Tuesday locations up and down the Vegas strip from The Stratosphere to Mandalay Bay. And my wife and I have rocked them all!! It is our go to place after fun in the casino with most locations open until 1 or 2 a.m.
Following is a mental location map for travelers on the strip. Cut and copy if you please. From the airport and heading North, you can enjoy these fantastic drinks in a variety of sizes at:
Mandalay Bay (located in the Shoppes near the pedestrian catwalk from Mandalay to Luxor)
MGM Grand (underground mall)
Planet Hollywood (South entrance to Miracle Mile Shops by PBR Bar, then across from Guess store)
Caesar's Palace (Forum Shops, this location though has a high school bedtime of 11 p.m. to midnight)
Casino Royale (never know when this location closes as we have been there at 2:30 a.m.)
The Venetian (second floor of the Grand Canal Shoppes and newest strip location)
Stratosphere (escalator up from casino)
While each location has similar offerings, we have found the Fat Tuesday at Planet Hollywood to be our favorite due to the temperature and consistency of the drinks. The Venetian location is a close second. However, I promise that you won't be disappointed at any of the Fat Tuesday locations!

The drinks are amazing. Not to mention the fact that you can purchase certain cups and take them back for discounted refills. A true find while in Las Vegas.

They do have several drinks that have vodka in them. Not sure if they have vodka only alcohol drinks. They do try to accommodate requests therefore I would ask. Good Luck!

Fat Tuesday has already added booze in the slush machines. The answer is no. You also must be 21 to go to the counter.

They do not have any kind of food.. they have plenty of alcohol tho lol.. if your going too las vagas there is plenty of places to eat at all kinds of prices..

I got a Fat Tuesday refillable couple 2 years ago. Am I still able to refill them again if I bring the same cup? Going back to Vegas this week.

There are a few fat Tuesday's in Vegas, at the mgm, Caesars', and stratosphere. The mgm one is located in the star lane shops which are on the way to the parkade I believe.
