We had a hard time getting our son out of the Yellowstone kid area, he loved all the activities so much! The adults favorite area was the dinosaur exhibits. This museum had a wide variety of interesting exhibits and was very clean.

The entire museum was wonderful but hands down the Dinosaur Exhibit and Planetarium were the highlights of my visit. I also enjoyed the section on the earths history. Very well designed museum. The staff should be proud.

I never have been all that interested in Dinosaurs but this museum will make you an enthusiast. Highly recommend for kids and adults. They had a planetarium show on Escher that was wonderful.

Took in this museum on a rainy day. Prepare to spend several hours to get through all the time xhibits. Various movies and western history. Good value for the price of admission. Located on University campus and is a bit difficult to get to.

My mother and I went here while we were traveling to Yellow Stone. We are not necessarily Museum loving people but it was very amazing to see the massive fossils of the dinosaurs. They also have a pretty nice history of Yellow Stone section!

It depends on how much the kids are into dinosaurs and the timing of the planetarium show. If it is the 'right' show the 4&6 year old might enjoy it so check the schedule and that will I think determine it. 1-2 hours
