Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I’d been trying to visit this shop since I arrived in Bozeman and finally made it on my last day in town. The shop is smaller than I thought it would be and was jam packed with stuff. The creatures in shadow boxes were neat and they had some beautiful butterfly jewelry (they died naturally but were very expensive). I finally settled on a couple items in the Montana sourced row, getting a ring (in my size) with a Montana quartz stone and a fossil. It was a fun place.

We didn't know what to expect but were very pleased. We brought a wide range of kids and all were amazed at all the treasures. They have dinosaur bones, a melon sized meteorite, and many many more treasures. The lady helping was excited about her job, informed, and happy to share with the kids. In fact, the kids begged to go back the next day to pick up a few treasures that they hadn't gotten the first time. A fun and interesting little shop!

What a great rock and mineral shop. Owner is knowledgeable and has material for sale for a variety of prices. Some museum quality pieces but a ton for less than $50. Owner has a great eye and buys great pieces from collections to sell in her shop. In addition to rocks and minerals the shop offers jewelry, framed butterflies, and rock hounding equipment such as gold pans and rock hammers. I was in town for a conference and came in several times over lunch because I couldn’t get enough. I have been a rockhound since I was a toddler and always stop in rock shops whenever I travel. This is one of the best. Highly recommend stopping in!

Truly a rare gem of a store and a fabulous find. Great selection of jewelry, fossils, artwork, crystals and much more. My family loves it. We have been numerous times and have never left disappointed, nor empty handed. The prices just can't be beat compared to what I typically find in the cities I travel or call home. The staff has always been knowledgeable, friendly, and with a large dose of small town hospitality & charm. When in Bozeman we always make a point to stop by and see what is new. Highly recommend you do the same.
