It was a big surprise, who would say a pool in a quarry, a very welcoming place, very professional staff, and attentive, the music was a little high, But is a local to came when I am near by.

We went to the topside to eat pizza and beer, not to swim. The buzzer or intercom did not work. The workers let us go down and order our beer and pizza. But we could not get another round of beers due to system not...More

We had a great time at Fugitive beach even though we came with only the bare necessities. We were on a longer vacation and couldn't pack enough stuff. Bringing some type of shade, cooler, seating, etc is a must. Also, we wouldn't go back without...More

This is our second year visiting Fugitive Beach. They have recently made some improvements and what a difference it made! It's safe for family with small children but still enjoyable for families with older kids as well. We will be back!

We were looking for a beach to enjoy and this was perfect! $8/person on a Monday was very reasonable. Two slides and 3 cliff jumps kept the kids busy (different sizes for all ages/ablilities.) We rented 2 life jackets and a beach chair ($5 each)...More

I got a ear infection from hell after I went once. Had to have my ear drum popped so the infection could drain and it didn’t stop draining for almost 10 days.

If you have any concerns about chemicals and filtering in the water, be sure to ask. Watch kids carefully- life guards can’t be everywhere. This is a great idea for local activity but like any beach environment, huge risks exist - including overdose and drowning...More
