MIDDLE EARTH AT IT'S BEST Join our small, personally guided tours through our sheep & beef farm near Piopio in the Waitomo district which featured in Sir Peter Jackson’s "THE HOBBIT" Be entertained with our behind-the-scenes stories as we show you all the sites used in the filming. Re-enact where Bilbo gets his famous sword "Sting" from Gandalf under the Trolls Cave. We're proud to have received the MOST SCREEN TIME OF ALL LOCATIONS. Have your camera ready as we wander through ancient native forest, under massive limestone cliffs and among unusual rock formations. AN ENJOYABLE TOUR FOR MORE THAN JUST MIDDLE EARTH FANS.

My husband and I took this tour with our young toddler and it was wonderful. Our guide (and one of the owners) was Suzie, and she was fantastic. Hobbit/LOTR fans would definitely love this tour. I'm not particularly a fan of the movies/books, but I...More
