Unfortunately Pinetree Tours did not tell us how to get to this tour, nor give us any vouchers to give to Culla at the end of the trip, and we were subsequently late. You are supposed to meet by the way in Rooty Hill Rd...More

I didn't know what to expect to be honest. Riding in a wooden cart for 2 hours pulled by a couple of cart horses didn't sound like the most exciting experience ever. But sitting up front with Culla as he encouraged his 2 big Cyledales...More

A beautiful morning out with our host Culla and his magnificent Clydesdale’s. A slow pace trip taking in the amazing views and listening to Culla tell some great stories. A cuppa and Culla’s homemade sandwiches , stopping on private land with more fantastic views.

Culla, the owner is a real character and very knowledgeable horseman. He is well known on the island and the tour takes you through private property to the cliff tops where you can see mutton birds nesting.

Culla and his horses were amazing. Culla is a wealth of knowledge about the island. He loves his horses and has an amazing bond with them. Beautiful scenery and views. A slow paced jaunt from one side of the island to the other.

A unique and educational tour. Also a way to meet fellow travellers. Get to see coastline that is otherwise private property and not accessible. Culla is a character and a fountain of knowledge. Good for all ages.
