We where driving in Joplin and where pleasantly surprised to stumble upon this little park. Gorgeous mural. Great photo opt. We went during Covid so this was a pleasant social distancing outdoor activity. Joplin down town looked like a wonderful little town to stroll with shops and restaurants.

I think "mural park" is a bit of an overstatement. There are just two murals, but they're cute and it's an easy pit stop to make for a quick photo.

Great work of art that depicts America’s most famous historical road. A must see while driving and getting your kicks on Route 66.

Beautiful downtown. Main Street Joplin, MO. Friendly people and great selection of restaurants. The murals are pretty.
