Beautiful village to visit with plenty of points of interest. The multistorey carpark offers parking for just one euro and the lift takes you directly up to the main square. The tourist information can be found just there and the staff are very helpful.

The Plaza is so different now after the refurbishment and if you go on a Wednesday there is Flamenco dancing at 12noon. just off the Plaza you cn see the donkeys and also the chocolate factory that is well worth a visit
Mijas Pueblo is a nice village. Near the Plaza you can find a car park only 1e per day.

This is where we were dropped off in Mijas by the coach that we were travelling through Andalucia on. A very impressive open area with lots of shops and restaurants. There is even a lift to to the upper reaches of town.

Now this area has had a complete revamp it is so much better. Plenty of seating and shade available. Lots of cafes and restaurants. Flamenco every Wednesday around midday. A great place to go. Public multi story car park nearby only €1 to park.
