Beautiful exterior and interior on a grand scale. We parked at the Sculpture Park and walked arcross the bridge over the highway. There is an underground parking garage near.

This is a very lovely church with a lively congregation utilizing it. If you like architecture this is a gem in Minneapolis. If you haven’t been, you’re making a mistake!

The Basilica is a marvelous piece of art as well as a wonderful place to hear a concert. I have been to several concerts here and the venue is perfect acoustically, especially for vocal music. Architecture is very interesting.

There is street parking on Laurel Avenue and also a parking garage. The Basilica is well worth the visit. Be sure to pick up a tour map that will give you not only the layout of the Basilica, but also some details on statues, mosaics,...More
