The paths, roads, and neighborhood in general around this lake are well-planned and scenic. The north beach area is nice with clear water and plenty of space for everyone. Right next door is the Bandshell.

This is a lovely lake to walk around, and if you'd like to do some wading or swimming there's a small beach that's groomed.

Roughly 2.5 miles around, in town, with paved paths separating walk-jog from bikers/roller-bladers, Safe and beautiful for multi-generation outings and features band-shell concerts in summer and canoeing/sailing. Picnic area at north end, swim at several established beaches.
