A waitress recommended this place and we were thrilled with it - beautiful, clean, and so fun for running off the kids energy and stretching our legs climbing the sand dune, before hitting the road again!

One of our favorite beaches. On this sunny weekend day it was totally packed with people and umbrellas. But we found an open spot by the water with our group of 12 and enjoyed the sand and the beach away from the main crowds. The...More

Besides being an antique tunnel for a private zoo in it's past, it's the only"tunnel to the beach "in Mi. A unique view at sunset with ever changing colors. It's a place for kids to get a echo. 1 note, it's a county park not...More

This was a great park to visit. Parking was ample and we walked right through a tunnel onto the dunes. The beach itself isn't as large as what I'm used to on the Gulf but it was fine. Walk down a bit on either side...More

This beach was gorgeous! Small area. We got there early, around 930, which was a great idea because it hooks up FAST and gets overly crowded.

This is quiet, quint beach. There are restrooms, a fairly large playground area and picnic areas. Very scenic from the tunnel entrance but also if you walk up the stairs there are spectacular views and benches/picnic tables.

The beach is a nice, not very big which made it perfect for what we were looking for. There are a couple of vending machine, bathrooms and outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. The beach looks really cool while you are walking through the...More

Parking is charged Memorial until Labor Day. Generally they stop charging around 7pm each day. Off street parking across from the park allows you to park and walk in without charge
