Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Always stop in here a few times in the fall for cider and doughnuts for my workers. Always very good. This year the apple cider was especially good!

Doughnuts are warm and covered in cinnamon and sugar. Very yummy!

Will say prices are VERY high, so this is a once in a while treat. Gallon of cider will cost you almost 3 times what you can buy one in the store for. And a dozen doughnuts are super expensive too.

The parking is $1. You get credit on any thing.you buy. Lots of things to choose from. The prices are rather too high
Honey crisp Apple's are 14.95 a bag. For 8 to 10 apples.

I visited Erie last year during the week and the apples and grounds are exceptional. We start with the golden delicious in the early fall and come back later for the other varieties. It is easily accessible to pick and clean and mowed. The people are nice and helpful and the prices are moderate-not cheap. But, you get what you pay for. We travel from Dearborn and it is worth the ride. We could go closer, but their quality products are worth it.

The staff were rude and the donuts had flies all around them. I didn't find this place family friendly at all. Way overpriced for what you get. There are plenty of other great orchards in the area - pass on this one.

My family and I go have been going here for years! You pay 1.00 to park but get a ticket to use in the store for 1.00 so it's essentially free. We always go on the hayride it's 5 dollars a person but you get to pick 2 yummy apples per person:) They have costume contest for kids and a magician that is always fun. The vendors vary from year to year but you can always find something neat to buy! We go on weekends where you can watch the apple cider being made which is delicious! And let's not forget the Doughnuts you must buy them soo good!!!! This is a great place for the family to enjoy!

The best place to go to get in the fall spirit ... and for apple cider donuts !!!! This is a working orchard and cider mill that offers fresh cider, donuts, and pies. You can see the cider being made daily. There is also a small petting zoo area, playground, and hayride. You can pick your own apples, buy local pumpkins, get lost in a corn maze, and see local crafts and entertainment. This is a family run business of 41 years, offering the best donuts and start to your holiday season.

My autumn tradition is to go to Erie Orchards and Cider Mill with friends. Walk around and look at the vendors, maybe take in the entertainment, see what they have inside barn this year and watch the cider and doughnuts being made. U-Pick apples, Hay Ride, and then pick up some hot apple cider and fresh doughnuts to sit at a picnic table and consume while people watching. This place is also great if you have kids, as they have pony rides, a hay play area, petting zoo, PLUS we aren't even talking about the u-pick pumpkin fields or corn maze. Everything is fairly priced and parking is plentiful.

Visiting Erie Apple Orchards is an autumn tradition for many in the area. Erie Orchards has many attractions to offer visitors: Pick-your-own apples, a working cider press you can watch being operated, a cafeteria-style building that offers fresh apple cider, warm donuts and other bakery treats, many areas for photo opportunities, like large pumpkin cut-outs to put your face through and antique tractors to crawl up on. There are farm animals to visit and feed and crafts booths to explore. The area isn’t incredibly large to get around, which makes it accessible for most everyone. There is a small, on-site parking charge, and attendants assist with parking. Overall, a pleasant experience for young and old.
