I have walked this nice trail for years and more dog owners are letting there dogs roam around without being on a leash. These are big dogs. I love dogs but do not like being confronted with one on the trail off the leash! There is an ordnance to keep dogs on there leash while on this trail. I had one guy today threatening me because I ask him to but his big pitbull dog on a leash…

Its a beautiful trail with lots of scenic beauty. But.......some areas are very remote so you should never walk alone as an attack happened on this trail in broad daylight.

Black Creek Trail runs from Irish Road past Gale road and connects to the City of Davison Park system. The trail winds through the woods following the creek then past Lake Callis. It is paved and will maintained. it is wide enough to be shared by walkers and bike riders.
