Stopped by late-day weekend. The parking lot was full of sketchy people, hanging out in their cars with the engines running. The building is pretty interesting, though its not open to the public. Cute place to take pictures, with a great view of Worcester.

The tower was built by George Bancroft as a folly. It has been open since it was built. Shakespearen plays are performed here during the summer.
