We visited Singing Beach in early April, so we were able to park at the lot right near the beach. However, I know there were suggestions to park down at the train station which was a short walk to the beach. I think it was a public lot as there were stores and coffee shops down there. You could drop your stuff and crew down at the turn around and then park the car. Sorry I couldn't be more help. Enjoy!
