We recently stayed in Gloucester and just stumbled upon this little beach area. It’s a great little spot where the locals come by with their dogs, and occasionally you may see some divers. The beach was clean and the houses surrounding the beach are beautiful....More

Quaint little beach on Rt. 127just outside of Gloucester towards Rockport. It's small, but pretty, has free parking, and is an enjoyable place to hang out with friends for a few hours. The actual beach area isn't very large, but it's not packed like Crane's...More

Beautiful views, especially at sunset. Sandy. Good for swimming but not at low tide. Water is still cold. Convenient resident parking.

Calm pristine beach for children and residents. Off street parking and great family picnic area. No fee and carry in and carry out what you bring.

No parking for guests. Spoke to police about this and they confirmed it's a resident only beach. It looks like a great beach, but since the town isn't friendly towards guests, then I guess we'll never know.

This is a smaller beach. It is a great place to bring the kids as it is small enough to keep your eyes on them. Waves are usually manageable. Not much parking - not sure if there is parking for visitors. May need a parking...More

Someone else here said the sunsets were "amazing". I agree! Not a bad way to cap off a tour of beautiful Cape Ann!

We stumbled upon this while out exploring with no particular place to go. This is definitely a local's area. There is a slight smell to the water here, but we had fun hanging out for a little while.
