Watkins Park is a lovely hide-a-way in Prince George’s County, I run and play with my god children at the petting zoo. It is miles of open green space, a lovely retreat down the street from the city.

Watkkns Regional Park is wonderful for the whole family. It's clean, safe and so relaxing. Great for walking, jogging and enjoying nature.

Visit the light show, which is still on now and you will enjoy it. Kids are never tired of going there. A very cool experience.

My first time visiting and it was awesome. The lights and sounds were amazing. Really had a great time. Would definitely recommend this place.

I love taking my grandson here. The playground is fun and very safe. There is a Wizard of Oz theme and it’s goid for young kids. He loves going to the nature center to see the animals too.

The park is open 9-5 most days. Here is their general information phone number tel:301-218-6700 Take note: carousel, miniature train, and putt-putt golf course are closed for season. Nature Center and Old Farm are open.
