Great fishing! Avairy, walking trails beautiful. There is a beach area. Picnic areas. Camping. Benches along the lake to watch the boats at the boat ramp or the lake.

Went Jet skiing for our first time. I'm pushing 60; my wife pushing 55. Owners gave very clear instruction. After 5-10 minutes - got the hang of it. Grrrrrrreat!

Quite, peaceful, restful. Close to busier attractions if you want to join the world. Beach is rocky. Bring shoes. Bears are real. Take precautions and follow directions of natural resource personel. Water never gets warm. Discovery center is great for all ages.

The beaches are tiny--sized for kids, mostly, but we found it a nice spot to relax for a couple hours with our older kids and 2 dogs. We walked the dogs along the water/grassy path with views of forest on one side and the lake...More
