I like small, somewhat quirky art collections. This one fits the bill. It's in a renovated old building, part of which was a funeral home. Cool. There are a few gems here -- Grant Wood lithographs and a Rembrandt, plus a nice Bonnard drawing. The...More

This pleasant but small art museum has a few small paintings by a few big names (Rembrandt, Grant Wood, Salvador Dali), plus some other stuff that's easy to look at. Also, varying special exhibits. Take 20 minutes and stop by.

Once again the Academy Art Museum handled the crowds well during a soggy final weekend 7/21-7/22/2018 of the Easton 2018 Plein Air. Though soggy and humid from the heat and rain outside the Academy Art Museum was very refreshing inside, and the art work on...More

In a small looking, unassuming building in Easton is an afternoons delight. Tucked away within this simple building is a series/collection of interesting and wonderfully entertaining art.

Open for visitors for a minimal fee and hosts many varied lectures and performances throughout the year. Traveling art shows and musical events are excellent. Classes offered on all art genres, for children and adults. Dance offered, also.

We visit this museum each time we're in Easton. It is a modern, airy building with excellent exhibits, both by local and recognized artists. We normally stop by for 30-60 mins, and it is always a pleasure.
