First rate operation, guide was extremely attentive to our entire group. Between the safety checks, brief training period (strokes, signals and general information) and introductions it felt more like a family outing even though I didn't know anyone at the start. I can't say enough...More

Our kayak trip was the perfect way to experience the beauty of the Portland coast. Adam our guide was extremely capable - the assistance he provided to a capsized kayaker was calm, precise and in control. We would recommend Portland Paddle to anyone!

I took the 2 hour beginner paddle board lesson. The instructor, Sarah, was very thorough in giving introductory directions, although she also kept it very simple. She offered as much help as each participant needed. As a 63-year-old gal who had never done anything like...More

Really such a fun few hours. Mark, the guide, was terrific. So patient and low key, yet he maintained awareness and safety for the group. I am not a tour person at all! Yet this did not feel stifling. We went off a lil on...More

It all depends on the weather and your attitude! Once it was so calm I could use the surface as a mirror. Other times, not so much. The instruction is excellent and the guides will teach you what you need to know; if it's... More
