Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I did my flyboard at Hotel Marina in Cancun and i may say that was the best experience Ive ever been in my life..The instructor were friendly and will help you to get it..I wanna do it again and most of friends are willing to do it Cancun..As long you have your balance your good to go..The rate ranges 90 to 100 dollars and up..Depending on the area..I was lucky i was given discount and payed 90 bucks for an hour..You can negotiate by the way..Most operator were friendly and nice people..Conquer your fear!!Its worth it!

Lagoon is infested with CROCODILES. Please do not use the Lagoon ...ever...
STAY OUT OF THE LAGOON... I know what I am talking about.
USE a boat on the Lagoon...or use the ocean.
Do your research when you travel ...no one is going to tell you this. Why lose money on tourism?
There are signs up and down the lagoon saying " DONT FEED CROCODILES"
That is because they attack humans......You are no match for a 12 foot 900 pound crocodile.
Protect your kids when you travel ..... and yourself...
Cancun is beautiful ...be safe and enjoy your trip.

Can't wait to do it again... My instructors were great ...Got out of water 1st try! I Highly recommend you try it....Wish they had video to record the whole show & professional photographer to take the shots!! I paid 100.00 USD.. for 30 mins. of fun on the water! Also they took my wife out on another boat to take pictures.

Our guides, Fernando and "Stitch" were so nice and so patient! With their advice, my friend and I were able to master the Flyboard in no time at all and enjoyed flying around the Cancun Lagoon! Highly recommended! We paid $100 USD each for 30+ minutes on the water.

We purchased this JetPack adventure for three people, and one companion. We also paid for round trip transfers. Our pickup time from our hotel was 2:05 pm. At 2:10 pm, I called the company to make sure the transportation was on their way. After being on the phone for over 20 minutes, we were told to take a taxi. I asked if we were going to be back to our hotel by 6:00, because we had an appointment, and was told that we would.
We finally got into a taxi at 2:40; 35 minutes later than our scheduled departure. When we arrived, the staff at the desk was not too friendly.
The actual activity was a lot of fun, and the staff that was in the water with us was very nice and helpful. The JetPack is actually more difficult than the board.
When we were done, the company tried to sell is photos for $60 per person. That price is a bit ridiculous, and they would not work out a package for the three flyers.
Then we were told that we would have to wait a half hour for our ride back to our hotel. The company that provides the transfers told us that they only go every hour. That is not what I was told when I booked this.
So now we paid for taxis both ways, that was already included in our price, and the additional $25 for the companion traveling.
Being a travel agent, I recommended excursions I tours that I have tried. This is one that I would not recommend..

Our instructors were David and Pedro. You arrive and they introduced themselves to you. They demonstrate and explain the 3 positions you need to know in the water. Then you get fitted with a life vest and helment. Off to the water and they help you slide your feet into the boots and tighten them for you. They explain about your balance and weight. It takes a few tries to figure it out and then up you go. I felt it required a lot of focus. It is tiring as well. David and Pedro were amazing and so very helpful. When you are done you head back to shore which they help you as well. There is a photographer taking pictures and you have the option to purchase a usb drive with your photos on it. You only live once so give it a try. If we are 50 and tried it anybody can.

Where else can you fly like Iron Man! :) This is a little different than the jet pack type that you may have seen on TV. You put your feet in what is most like a snow board type thing. The group that operated out of the Hotel Presidente was fabulous to work with. Both my wife and me did this and we're 52 years old. This was a great time and we have great pictures to show for it. We will do this again when we come back to Cancun.

Just got back from Cozumel Palace with my wife and 4 kids. JetPack Adventures was onsite and Yun (I thin that's the spelling, and sounds like June) and Jesus were in charge of the flyboard activity. My kids loved flyboarding and had a great time. Thanks Yun and Jesus!

Jetpack Adventures in Cabo San Lucas is the best way to go when looking to do this awesome activity. We had a blast with the Jetpack Adventures staff, very good at explaining and instructing us throughout the whole process. We felt safe the whole time which made it a lot easier to enjoy and have fun in the flyboard. I highly recommend checking it out while in Cabo, its worth every penny.

This is right by playa car palace hotel. We watched people having a go and my son wanted to try it. We booked through and he loved it. He is 11 and tried tandem as we felt he might not get the most of it if he was trying to get out of the water all the time. The guys were friendly helpful and cared about safety.

Hi julie, i will recommend you better the flyboard than the jetpack because the machine of jetpack is heavy and you have to hold the equipment with your back, if you have a picture from the one who want to do the activity will be awesome that way we can provide better recommendations about the activity
i hope these infomation be helpefully for you if you have more questions just let me know
my best regards
