We had a wonderful experience thanks to Captain T Tom. The authentic Cajun flare made our trip more enjoyable and historical. We appreciated his accommodations in switching from French to English seamlessly. Tom had great stories and sense of humor! What he brings to your...More

The bus driver had perfect tips for drive to and from the Swamp tour location. The Swamp location and building was very authentic. The guide on the floating boat was very funny and pleasant Louisiana born guy. Seen quite a few gators in the water...More

A really great combo swamp/plantation tour. We had Captain Brandon who was very funny and knowledgeable, and had some great animals/props that everyone on the boat got to handle. For the plantation portion, we went to Oak Alley and it was beautiful. We were originally...More

I took a friend and my 10 year old grandson. This is a well curated tour. Tom was our Captain. He’s the real deal. He’s from the area, has a Cajun French accent and is a self-taught naturalist. We saw many alligators, a family of...More

Great swamp tour. Captain Tom Guilliot was fantastic. Very knowledgeable. Very funny. Saw gators, raccoons, birds, turtles, & pristine swamp. Beautiful day! Highly recommend it. Great for all ages. If you book online, you can save a few dollars.

Captain Allen needs to find a new job. After listening to his anti-social rhetoric for an hour we could not wait to get off the boat. The alligators were small and Captain Allen managed to insult every group of people on the boat. I am...More

We did this tour in September 2018, with a group of friends. Our Captain, Brandon, had exceptional knowledge about the area, the wildlife and the history--and made the tour not only informative, but fun. Much more than alligator spotting, a good history lesson as well.

The cruise through the swamp would probably still be nice for the flora & fauna but you may not see much in the way of alligators only because when it is cold they bury themselves in the mud!
