About
RESERVATIONS REQUIRED Just inside the southwest border of Kenton County you'll find Ed-Mar Dairy, owned by Eddie and Marcy Gibson. The Gibson family has been producing wholesome milk for generations. In 2013 cheese making was added. In 2018 private group tours were added to share an inside look at where your milk comes from. Our small herd produces milk we buy at the grocery and what goes into Ed-Mar's raw milk cheeses. No antibiotics or artificial hormones are present in our milk, ever. Our cheeses are hand-crafted using simple ingredients and can be found in many of the area's best restaurants, markets and wineries. Ed-Mar's cows enjoy a comfortable home. They eat a healthy, balanced diet, the foundation of producing quality milk and delicious cheeses. The state’s first robotic milker lives at Ed-Mar, allowing the cows to milk whenever they choose. Schedule your tour today! Meet our cows, bottle feed a calf, watch the robot at work, sample/purchase our cheeses and take a hayride.

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I was in charge of planning a bachelorette party for a cow-loving bride and I knew going to a dairy farm had to be part of our day. Ed-Mar Dairy was extremely easy to work with and flexible on our tour time and group size.

The tour of the farm was amazing! Everyone had such a great time meeting the cows, feeding the calves and learning about the farm. We also loved the cheese tasting and the hayride. Many thanks to Ed for the fantastic tour and spending quality time with our group!

I highly recommend a visit to this wonderful dairy farm with your family and friends!
