Nice beach, too rough for snorkeling
This was the best beach we found in this area, much nicer than the ones further down towards Puerto Viejo. Lovely white sand and lots of trees for shade. We brought our snorkeling gear as we were told that it was possible here because the sea is calmer, but it was still too…

Excellent beach
This beach was beautiful and well worth the bike ride here. About 25 minutes from Puerto Viejo. The waves were great for swimming and for beginner surfers. Not too many poeple.
