One of my favourite places to visit in Adelaide - especially for a girl's day out. So many wonderful eateries to choose from & lots of interesting shops to check out. Beautiful lawns & beaches to just chill out, read a book or watch the...More

Had been here many times in the 60s and having seen the rave reviews for eateries decided that Brunch would be a great idea. Well what a let down. Some eateries closed (for the day?), some vacated. Seems that the brunch type places were hardly...More

Beautiful views with gorgeous water. The beach is pet friendly so your dogs can have a splash too. Plenty of shaded grassy area to get out of the sun and loads of great establishments for food and drinks.

The plaza is a great place to have coffee and watch beach activities casually going on. They've done well in redeveloping the place, and sure enough,'if you build it, they will come!'

We always come down here, no matter the weather. The beach is fabulous, especially when it's empty. It's about a 4km walk there & back between the jettys. Always changing, the sea is fab, & the sand is clean. There's lots of free parking, &...More

You can actually change clothes/bathers in the roomy and new toilet facilities on the square (in front of "Stella's") It's not a changing room facility per se but the structure is new and quite OK for changing gear.

Yes, about 30 mins walk (or 11 mins by bus) from Henley Beach is the 'GRNG' railway station. This railway station is just a few streets back from the coastline.
