Is a good place for walking, unfortunately the ocean is dirty and that metal statues in the sand make everything worse.

Crosby beach is oily, dirty and ugly. Parking is not free and the toilet look to be primitave. The presence of the statues makes it worth stopping - but dont try to get too close to them - you will be in oily mud and...More

A nice long sandy beach close to Liverpool with the added bonus of Antony Gormley's Another Place. A paved pedestrian cycle path runs along the coast. Sand dunes separate it from the beach.

A Beautiful Coastline. Stunning Views and amazing sunsets. Well worth a visit anytime of the day. Wonderful walks along the beach, sand dunes or even a great walkway/cycle path to Hightown.

We had a lovely time here and had a long walk along the walking path. There was a little van for chips and things and an ice cream van too.

Went to Crosby beach before the kick off and could not believe how brilliant the beach was with all the sculptures gleaming in the sun. The ferry from Liverpool looked like it was only yards away from the beach. Cheers.

There's very little sea glass at Crosby, mainly rocks, bricks and pebbles and lots of razor shell near the tide line.

Not sure as i was only there for a few hours and it was so windy but so worth seeing at any time. Different tides show different people I think?

Sadly I don't know the answer but looking at the local on the internet some reports do say it could still be a problem. Sorry I can't help you further.
