    Great family fun
Color factory is an interesting and fun way to spend an hour or so downtown. It's in the Willis Tower so you can make an afternoon of going up to the Sky Deck also. The treats are good and the concept is cool. You go through different rooms and learn things about color and its impact on the other senses. Definitely something I would bring children too but I saw some groups of adults in there as well.

    Colorific!
My daughter’s 15th birthday present was a trip to Chicago. I saw Color Factory Chicago on TikTok while searching for fun things to do and she definitely wanted to visit. Our group of 2 adults and 4 teens (18, 17, 15, 14) booked our tickets for an early slot on Saturday morning and I loved that it did not feel busy at all. We were able to spend as much time as we wanted in each room and all of the workers we interacted with were pleasant. The snacks were a big hit with all of the kiddos and the photo scan cards throughout were a nice touch. We spent the most time in the confetti, balloon and ball pit rooms. We found confetti all day long! 😂 We had a great time, but for a less than two hour visit it’s definitely on the pricey side.

Our favorite spot in our visit to Chicago!
We found the whole thing to be creative and uplifting! You can't walk through this place in anything but a great mood! Tons of fun photo ops plus adventures with sound and taste. We loved the hall of mirrors, the forest of long ribbons, the huge balloons floating on geysers of air and so much more. I don't see how anyone can possibly not have a great time here.

    FUN FUN FUN!
We all felt like kids again! This is a great venue and as another person said, you cannot help but be in a good mood after this experience. The food, all related to colour was an unexpected bonus. There were no kids in our group and we all had a great time!

    a neat Chicago attraction
The color factory was a cool place! We went to the skydeck the same day and found that it worked out well. There are lots of photo ops here, and you are able to scan a QR code that will email you all the pictures you take at no extra cost, which was nice. They give you jellybeans, macroons, and poprocks to eat here also! a fun place to go for all ages.

    Science and just plain fun
We went with our grandchildren and son-in-law and it was a wonderful experience. The different rooms are cleverly thought out and a fun mix of science and goofy fun. We have no regrets about spending our time here, and lunch was readily available in the same location (Steak and Shake - other options too).

So much art and joy from this experience. We took our sixteen year old daughters and they absolutely loved it. I was very impressed. We loved the treats throughout. We got so many great photos. Definitely get the QR Code at the beginning to take photos at the photo booth stations. This was so worth it. I love that all the photos from the photo booth are included in the price and emailed to you after your visit. The artist designed keepsakes we were given at the end were an especially nice added touch.

Sometimes these pop ups seem superficial with nothing but photo ops, but I had a great time at this one. It seemed mostly advertised for kids and influencers, but I took my mom here for her birthday, and we had such a great time! I thought it was a great value for the cost. I liked that the Color Factory featured local Chicago artists, each room had an activity, and the price included a few treats. I’ve been recommending this to so many of my friends.

Took my 14 year old daughter and a friend, all three of us had fun! Very interactive for all the senses, lots of photo opportunities - both the ones the place takes as well as lots to take yourself. Cost is a bit high but not outrageous for Chicago, and you do get a little gift as well as four food treats.

This Color Factory was a very fun experience and I would recommend it for families with teens. I have a 14 and 16 year old and we all had the most fun. It wasn’t what I expected and was pleasantly surprised.

They have sweet treats throughout, so if you are out for dinner beforehand skip dessert and enjoy the yummy offerings here. The ball pit was the highlight, so fun!

Fun! Really fun! Let me be honest. I went to this for my daughter and thought Color Factory was going to be something lame to tolerate BUT I was wrong! It was a creative sensory and in some cases, mind-blowing experience. The whole thing is an adventure in color, sound, taste, touch, and smell. All five senses get involved. They put the mirror maze on a whole new level! You will get little snacks along the way and by all means stop to smell the roses or whatever else they offer. The tour is not rushed. You can take your time with every event. I really enjoyed it and I'm an old guy! This is a must for families with kids.

It's an OK exhibit; most of the activities are not really stimulating. The balloons that are held up by air you can't even hit around otherwise it knocks them off the the air jets that are keeping them afloat. So really, you just take pictures with them. Alot of the color installations are boring and you just end up walking through them because there isn't really anything else to do or taking pictures in front of them. Of the people I saw there that were adult age, most of them looked pretty bored and went through very fast. I would say it is a good exhibit for kids under 10 but anyone else will be bored.

Wonderful fun for adults as well as children. It is for people who enjoy sweets and sensory experiences. This is an imaginative, interesting, and unique place to visit. A must if you have children who are 5 and older. Book your timed tickets in advance.
