Today, my friend and I saddled up for a fantabulous ride along fragrant floral and pine scented woodland trails. Ford, my gentle horse, Liz, my friend's horse, followed Maryjo, our friendly, skilled and highly experienced trail guide who rode ahead of us. Awe-inspiring scenery surrounds. A million wild flowers brighten the way. A super fun and exhilarating lush valley experience. We are novices at riding, but felt completely at ease because horses are gentle and our guide gives confidence by answering questions and gives easy-to-follow instruction pre-ride. Highly recommended!

Had a great Sunday ride with friends! None of us were experienced riders but our guides and horses were ready for us. We went through meadows, mountainous terrains and had beautiful views. The horses were mellow and easy to ride making it easy to relax and enjoy the view. We will do this again. Book ahead, this is a popular activity, affordably priced.

I got a Groupon for Garden Valley Trail Rides to take my family on a sleigh ride right after Christmas, and it was a blast! I had spoken with Mary Jo on the phone to schedule our sleigh ride, and then we were lucky enough to have her as our guide. She was very sweet and told us a lot about the area. The ride was 45 minutes, and it had snowed before our sleigh ride, so the scenery was gorgeous! We're talking about making the sleigh ride an annual tradition!
