We absolutely loved the state park and it was our favorite scenery during our trip. The park is so cozy and views were amazing, pine mountain trail is nice and waterfall is pretty!

Spent 2 nights here in cabin #10. Well equipped kitchen. Fluffiest towels I have ever felt, better than most hotels. Nice setting in the woods. Will return.

Terrific campground. So many trails,and all beautiful. The Pine Mountain Trail is easily accessed from the campground. We highly recommend camping here.

We weren’t in area for long, so we drove through park. Enjoyed the drive and the scenic views. Can’t wait to get back to the area and do some hiking. Park is just lovely.

Don't get me wrong, beautiful park with amazing facilities and extremely clean and well managed. The office and check-in area is at the top of the park near the overlook area (be sure to go there for the sunset...was worth it!). Ok..here it comes...I camped...More

There is a nice picnic spot at Dowdell’s Knobb, but I am sure there are many other areas too.

To the best of my knowledge there are no hotels in the park - but there are cabins. Pine Mountain town is nearby and there are hotels there. LaGrange is a little further, but lodging there as well. Also Callaway gardens... More
