Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What an awesome stadium.. I love to be here Friday night and on Saturday evenings. Tailgating is fun.. great museum to see the history of the teams that call this stadium home. Two of the best football programs in their divisions..

An iconic place for all lovers of high school football. For local fans its referred to as "Death Valley." Valdosta High Shool has the most winning program in the entire U.S. The field is immaculately kept. Comfortable seating is offered. Valdosta State University now plays its games in Death Valley as well. This stadium terms with exciting history concerning one of the great loves of south Ga.: High School football!

OUR Valdosta High BAZEMORE-HYDER STADIUM is named in honor of two of the Coaches of the Valdosta High school WILDCATS. The team that has earned more National Championships than any other high school in the nation. Wright Bazemore was a true legion in football he was courted by many NFC, AFC & College Teams but was satisfied with coaching high school ball until he retired in the late 60's. Nick Hyder became head coach and garnered many more National Championships. The stadium is also The Home of THE VALDOSTA STATE BLAZERS a three time National Championship winner. The stands are still metal new seats and upgrades have been added but you can still stomp the stands like we did when I was at the friday night football games in the early 70's.

I've been here to watch soccer and football games, and have to say you are either cold or hot, sometimes going from one to the other during the game. It's a fun thing to do with your family and/or friends.

This is a great stadium in one of the winningest highschool football towns in the country. There is the stadium originally built in 922, the stadium had a 6.5 million dollar renovation in 2004, a Valdosta wildcat museum was built at this time which holds a history of the football program and coaches. Next to the museum is a courtyards with monument honoring both Wright Bazemore and Nick Hyder who made the Valdosta High Football program what it is and former school superintendent A.G. Cleveland whom the stadium was originally named for, Great stadium and plenty of history
