Relaxing and fun, great weekend away but didn't miss opening weekend.

Visiting from out of town we went to a movie for entertainment. We enjoyed the theater, very comfortable reclining seats with double armrests are fabulous (not conducive to cuddling). There were ample restroom facilities and a pleasant flow of patrons. The only slight flaw in our trip was stale popcorn. We were there for the 1st movie and obviously last nights popcorn was what we were served. So sad, but this stopped my 5 star rating COLD.

Average movie theater in need of modernizing

This is the only movie theater in town. I guess that's why they can get away with not modernizing the theater. They do have multiple screens. The snack bar lacks choices, they don't even have hot dogs. They don't have the newer large comfy seats, you can order your tickets online (with a large surcharge), but you can't pick your seats. Parking is adequate. They do have multiple screens.

Excellent Customer Service

I went to this theater last weekend with my son to see Spider-Man. About 20 minutes after leaving the theater I realized I left my RayBans there. My son told me they were history, but I took a chance and called the manager. She immediately had an employee search the theater, found them and held them for me. I was very happy and impressed. Oh, and we loved the movie!

We came to watch dragon ball broly since in our hometown theater they were not showing it. Loved the parking and how fast the staff were! Also once we walked into the room we noticed it clean! Other theaters are not this clean! I would highly recommend it!

A relatively clean establishment, though the restrooms can become messy due to large amount of traffic. This theater services all of Valdosta and towns in a 30 mile radius. It desperately needs another set of restrooms. All major motion pictures are offered. Various size theaters usually provide comfortable seating. Popular films are often shown every 30 minutes to an hour in several theaters until attendance drops. This cinema could be greatly improved by hiring more employees, especially at the ticket windows. Long lines often await you and there can be from 1 to three windows open. However, the lines move fairly fast. Like every theater, the snack bar offers a variety of choices at high prices.

We recently attended the movie theatre, and I was very disappointed with the program. It was a complete failure, was looking for the new venue, and the theatre did not live up to my expectations.

We go here bc it’s all we have. There’s several good stores but not a whole lot. The people that work here are always nice. My kids like th arcade.
