This is a very nice waterfall on an out of the way location. The trip to it is in itself an adventure! Travel on the “Winding Stair Step” road through beautiful forests and fantastic views of the stream that parallels the road. There are several...More

From Blue Ridge, Ga it is about a 35-40 minute drive but well worth it for a dose of the real unspoiled North Georgia Mountains. It's a beautiful drive along scenic Noontootla Creek in the national forest to a small parking area where the Appalachian...More

Long creek is my favorite waterfall to go to! Great, easy hike and the trails are very well maintained! The drive down FS 58 may seem a little long, but so worth it!!

We went to hike the trail with our pup and had a great time. Parking is limited and creative but it is worth the time to enjoy this short hike.

The gravel road is a little challenging. The creek on the way was beautiful. The hike was an easy path but a walking stick aids in stability. The falls were beautiful. I would say it took us 40 min to get to the falls and...More
