Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This was awesome!!! I highly recommend a visit! They give you a cup of food to feed the birds. I was a little nervous to feed the emu but it was gentle. The birds are gorgeous and the park is way larger than I thought it would be. I spent over an hour visiting with all the birds. Definitely surpassed my expectations.

A nice, bird loving lady greeted us and gave us little cups of food to feed the birds. We were warned not to get our fingers close to the cages bc birds bite. Most of these beautiful birds were not interested in the food.
There was no history given for each bird. They appeared to be well taken care of and in good health. After about 10 minutes we were ready to leave.

Loved this! A great place to stop on our road trip and stretch our legs. Staff was fantastic. Birds were great. I got bit and my husband thought that was hilarious. Overall it was a fantastic way to spend an hour.

Absolutely wonderful experience interacting with these beautiful, intelligent and talented animals! The owner is a very kind man who made the visit extra special for our daughter by allowing her to spend time interacting with one of the Mackaws (Sami). This was definitely a highlight of our trip and is a memory our teenage daughter (who wants to be a vet) will never forget!!

My blue and gold macaw has been a member of my family for 42 years and it warmed my heart to see how well the birds were treated here and that someone is willing to take in orphan birds who no longer have a home. Most people don't realize that when you purchase a bird it is a lifetime commitment. Thank God for these kind souls who will take in these birds and will make sure that they are healthy and happy. Thank you!

Super fun stop, great host and amazing birds. Great for all ages. Best bang for the money we got our whole vacation week. Most importantly do not put your fingers in the cage!
