After reading all of these reviews and determining it would be a fun thing to do during a rainy day on our vacation trip, we drove an hour from Mexico Beach to take our kids. Parking was terrible to start. Once we got inside, our youngest (10) apparently didn't need an arm band and no one checked our arm band or our prepaid tickets. Good thing we are honest people because someone could've easily walked in off the street without paying and gone through. The first area/exhibits were filthy and appeared run down. We walked past 3 penguins, 2 seals, 2 large turtles and then were unsure what else there was to see. We ended up inside the tropical building toward the dolphin show... saw a hand full of birds (they were pretty), 2 snakes, 2 lizards, and a dirty stingy ray petting pond. Concessions were outrageous. Directions and info was unclear throughout. The park is small, crowded, and incredibly run down. I was so disappointed that we spent the money for 6 of us. We didn't even stay for the dolphin show (which I wanted to see more than anything). Absolutely do not recommend wasting your time or money on this.

Great fun for all ages. We purchased the VIP experience and did a meet and greet with the penguins, sea lion and dolphins. The whole family enjoyed every minute of it.

VIP experience
Jul 2021 • Family
Loved this experience! This is a small venue, but with a little planning can be a great adventure. I highly recommend the VIP package. We were met with gulf world towels and souvenir cups at the start of the day. The kids encounter the penguins, swam with dolphins and did a meet and greet with the harbor seals. My teenage son smiled more during this outing than most any other! We also have all 365 pictures they took of three kids during their adventures. Highly recommend.

OVERPRICED
Apr 2021
I could've had a week on a tropical island for the price of 4 kids to have 5 min with a dolphin. On top of that price, it was almost another $200 to buy photos of them. There were many closed off areas and not much else to see besides the show. Not kept up real well and honestly my local zoo and aquarium have better exhibits and marine life. Basically, the prices are ridiculous and we spent about an hour there for almost $1000. But when else would we ever swim with dolphins.

The best day

I went for the royal swim which included no less than an hour in the pool with the precious dolphins. It included all kinds of pictures and activities interacting with them and I will never forget it!!! Katie the photographer was great and so friendly as were the trainers!!! Thankyou so much. I will be back!!

My second trip but this time with granddaughter

The park is small. The birds can be seen from roped off areas but with a close up view.
The sea lion show is very close up. Very informative with the trainers answering question.
The dolphin show is fun to see.
We did the Royal dolphin swim with our granddaughters. It was very interactive and fun. Pictures were taken by the staff. Filming was not allowed. Would have like more time to interact with the dolphins during picture taking.
The cost of the pictures was reasonable as we received 154 pictures for 150$ for 3 people.
Do not go here expecting sea World experience. Understand this is a small park.

Best Place in PCB
Jun 2021 • Family
Before I decided to take a chance on this place, I read reviews. Alot of which were negative. I started not to go. But honestly I'm glad I didn't listen and took a chance. Yes this is a smaller facility, however the experience and memories we made will last a lifetime. I have been to so many different zoos..aquatic centers, but never have I experienced such up close and personal encounters with the wildlife. The birds are not in cages..you can walk up to a roped up area and actually interact with them. Which was pretty awesome within itself. The shows..the shows are awesome. I read where people said they finished in 30 mins. If so they surely missed out. What I did before we went was simply look up the showtime schedules. Planned our day accordingly and it took us all day to see everything marine world had to offer. The bird show was more for the smaller children but my teens enjoyed it. The seal and dolphin shows are a MUST see. They do have 1 on 1 dolphin experiences. We chose the swim adventure which was $160 per person and includes the admission price to the facility. If I had researched just a little more we would have done the dolphin encounter. It includes everything that the swim does except the belly ride for $100. If your on a budget I would choose this one. Pictures are a must purchase if you decide to do these and they are $60. Alot of people have negatively reported that its a rip off. But it wasn't to us. Great pictures..memories to last a lifetime and my 13 year old will never ever forget it. We had to be rescheduled the first visit due to weather but the staff made it an easy experience and we went back the very next day. We even got to see the trainers work with the seals when we walked in. Extra plus for us. This was our absolute favorite of anywhere we have been thus far. Highly recommend. Pictured below is Cajun my daughters swim buddy for the experience. We loved him and will be back to see him again whenever we visit.

Money Grab
Jun 2021
Biggest waste of time and money on our otherwise wonderful trip. My kids did the dolphin swim. They would NOT let you take pictures and took them themselves. While the dolphin was in front of my kids, they would not let my kids look at the dolphin, but instead made them look at their camera. My daughter wanted to interact/look at the dolphin for a second, but was sad to only be instructed to look away from the dolphin to look at the camera. You could then buy 3 pictures for about $150. Such a money grab. Place is terrible.

What a waste of money
Jun 2021
I really don't like to leave bad reviews but this was such a waster of $120. The place was packed!! There were mask signs everywhere and no one was wearing a mask. Just the fact that they couldn't take down the signs bad be consistent was a negative. Wear mask, don't wear mask but don't have signs everywhere saying to wear them when you don't care. So many exhibits were empty and under construction. The line to watch the shows was sooo long and sooo packed. We stayed about 20 minutes and were happy to leave. Awful, just awful.
