    Insane detail
First time to universal Orlando and we did the two park 1 day as a couple. Lines were not as bad as expected on a Monday. Flow was good, scenery was amazing and everything combined was an absolute overload. The rides were spot on. Primarily focused on Harry Potter world.
Hi Kristian. Thank you for sharing your review. I am thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your visit, and that you were impressed with the theming throughout property! Isn't that land just so immersive? I love the details throughout the attraction queues and merchandise locations. I hope you will check out Marvel Superhero Island during your next visit, it is my favorite! Please come see us again soon. - Victoria

    Crowds Galore
Crowded for the summer on Sunday and Monday. Lots of teens from Argentina which was great to see. Had to replace 2 wands from 2020. No problem. Long wait for rides-typical. A lot of money for only a few rides. I can see why people pay an additional $135 for express pass.

Hopefully you were able to check out the hidden details throughout this area, as they're an integral part of our storytelling! It is amazing and the attention to detail is magic!!!
The train ride is good, with "magical" views, Hagrid's is a very smooth roller coaster, as is the Hippogriff. The Forbidden Journey it's inside the castle and truly magic, though a little shaky. The Escape from Gringotts is great. Hogsmead is a great village (at the Universal Island Of Adventure) but Diagon Alley (at Universal Studios)was my favorite place to visit. The stores are great too.
Hi Sheila, Thanks for taking the time to leave this review! I'm so happy to hear that you enjoyed so many of the thrilling attractions in my favorite areas of the park. Hopefully you were able to check out all of the hidden details throughout, as they're such an integral part of our storytelling. We hope to see you again soon! -Samantha

    A truly magical experience
There is something for people of all ages. The shops, the food, the rides, and the general ambience are all top notch. To enjoy the full experience, multiple days are recommended. To reduce wait times for attractions, consider buying one of the Express Passes.

    What a magical experience
It's not surprise The Wizarding World of Harry Potter is ranked No.1 attraction in Orlando, you don't have to be a Harry Potter fan to love this section of the park. We started on Diagon Alley were you can ride Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts, this is a 3D ride that takes you on a lovely adventure. We then caught the Hogwart's Express over to the second section of the Harry Potter experience, once here we saw Hogwart's castle and got to ride on Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure. In this section of the park, we also got to try a glass of Butterbeer, very nice but quite sickly so we shared ours. This was a lovely part of the park and took up a few hours of our day, but well worth it.
Hi there. Thank you for sharing your review. I am so happy to hear that you enjoyed your visit, and that you got to experience some of our wonderful attractions! Aren't the treats across Universal Orlando Resort just delicious? I hope you will check out Bake My Day at Minion Land on Illumination Avenue during your next visit, the cupcakes and macaroons are just delicious! Please come see us again soon. - Victoria

Immersed in Harry Potter and Loved it!
Our last day of the conference was only a partial day, so decided to take in some of Universal Studios. Enjoyed some butter beer, a little sweet for me, had some bangers at The Leak Cauldron, and went on Hagrid's Motorcycle ride. Loved every moment of the shops and park! Total Harry Potter Geek Here!
Hi Diane! We appreciate your review! We look forward to seeing you again soon, and I suggest enjoying our newest attraction, Illumination’s Villain-Con Minion Blast, over at Universal Studios Florida on your next visit! - Emily

    Absolute heaven for Potterheada
The Wizarding world part (as well as the others) of Universal studios is so incredibly detailed, no part is left out. Even the restrooms are part of the magic. Lines for the newest attraction (Hagrids forbidden forest) are insane and if you dont have early access or Express pass prepare for 80-120min wait. We managed to get there early in the morning and still waited for 35min. As its usual for all the WW new attraction the lines are long, which made it so much shorter line for my favorite ride in the Hogwarts castle. Was disappointed that they stopped selling Pumpkin juice in bottles though.
Hi there. Thank you so much for your review. I am so happy that you continue to enjoy your visits. However, I do apologize for any disappointment regarding attraction wait times and the availability of the item you mentioned. Please be assured that your feedback has been formally documented and will be reviewed by the proper leadership teams. I am thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the theming throughout the lands. Aren't the details throughout the attraction queues and merchandise locations just amazing? Make sure you check out Marvel Superhero Island during your next visit, it is just as immersive! Perfect for HP hardcore fans
My daughter (age 10) wanted to see the HP themed Diagon Alley, the Hogwarts Express and Hogsmead, so off we went. Pro tip: Christmas Day is a great day to visit, hardly any queues. We did all three, rode three times in the train, spent more money on wands than I spent on my first car, and enjoyed the ride in Hogwarts school. It’s all very well done and the rides are state of the art. By the end of the week the holiday crowds had moved in and you can hardly move in the parks so be prepared to queue for all the above. If HP and rides are your thing this will be heaven, if you don’t mind crowds, standing, and queueing.
Hi there! Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this review. It's so wonderful to hear you enjoyed my favorite area of the park, as well as that you were able to experience our attractions with minimal waits. Hopefully you were able to check out all of the details throughout the attraction queues, as they help bring everything to life! We can't wait to welcome you back again soon. -Samantha

    Out of this MUGGLE world!!
Ok, I will admit it, I never finished all the movies, but I did read all the books. I have to say, the whole experience was indeed worth a full day, and all the way through the holiday light show as well. I was even able to get a new wand (and of course test it out at all the designated locations) It really is a wonderful experience even if you have not seen all the movies. And the rides - OUT OF THIS MUGGLE WORLD!!!

Universal does an amazing job of recreating the movie sets from the Harry Potter movies. The crowds detract from the experience as does the relentless push to sell you some tchotchke or other, but worth a visit if you have Harry Potter lovers along. Gringotts ride is sort of a Spiderman ride knock off, but shorter and not as good. The Hogwarts Express was broken half the day and then the waits were 90 minutes and up....

I went here with my family to have fun and for vacation and it was a amazing place. I am a HUGE fan of Harry Potter and it was just so amazing. It was so realistic! I got a wand and a robe and it was like I was a wizard for real. The lines were long but definitely worth it and the butter beat was amazing the ride I suggest is Hagrid’s Motorcycle we waited more than a hour for a 3 minute ride but trust me, you don’t want to miss it.

Are you a fan of Harry Potter? You'll adore this place. Not a fan? You'll probably still like it. This is the flagship area of Universal Studios, and as someone who isn't too big on the books or movies, I still found it fun. There's lots to see and plenty of places to eat, as well as spots to use interactive wands you can purchase. In addition, butterbeer is sold here-- non alcoholic and sweet, it tastes like butterscotch and you can't get it anywhere else. If you're in the parks I recommend stopping in and seeing it.
However, it can get VERY crowded-- more so than any other place in the park! So have a plan before entering.

Quite disappointed with this area, small children have to stand in line to attempt spells with overpriced wand ($69 +) by the time it's their turn they have viewed the experience multiple times taking away, in my opinion, the surprise and satisfaction of having carried out the spell. Several of the spells were closed in Hogmeads village too.
We also ate in the Leaky cauldron! My meal was disgusting, I had what they called toad in the whole, this was a sausage in something resembling a pudding type blob, with additional vegetable's that were so hard I couldn't eat them. It was cold and took forever to be served. Overpriced and under cooked, zero stars for food.
We where stranding in line for Escape from Gringotts ride and got nearly to the front, after a long wait wondering why we weren't moving it was announced the ride could not go ahead. When we made a complaint we were told that wasn't the case and it was optional wether to stay or leave which was categorically not the case.

Disappointing. The majority of the park is stores selling you high priced merchandise. The rest of the experience was waiting in lines. The rides are well done but take a long time to get on as the lines are terrible. Fast pass is a must. If you are claustrophobic, even a little, you won’t want to wait in the line for Hagrids ride as you are standing in a small underground narrow tunnel for long periods of time. Ride was great though - fastest rollercoaster I’ve ever been on.
