Disappointing

I recently had a visit at the Walt Disney spa in Orlando. I usually go to the Ritz Carlton, and I’m sorry I didn’t.
The staff were extremely rude and condescending especially the assistant manager Arian.
As far as the facility, I was disappointed that the relaxation room was separate from the spa area, and the hot tub which I was looking forward to was so small, it was the size of a fountain.
My advice, go to the Ritz, better atmosphere all around and much more enjoyable!!!!!

Kim is AMAZING!!!!
Dec 2020
I treated myself to the La Floridian (scrub, wrap, massage and hair treatment) and it was well worth the price, mainly because of the masseuse. Kim is amazing! She listened to what I asked for, and I had literally the best massage of my life! I give the spa 5 stars just for her.

Reservations: I had asked when I made the reservation if I could extend the treatment for more massage time, and was told no. At the end of the treatment I was told that I could have. That was a bummer!

Spa Facility: The facility itself is fine. Pretty, but nothing spectacular. The relaxation room is more like a lobby, nice fireplaces and chairs, but not exactly "hang out in your robe" inviting. I did not love the rainforest show, and the one whirlpool was not very warm (and it happened to be a chilly day). No steam room due to COVID.

One of the best!

My husband and I had an amazing experience at the Four Seasons Spa. My cupping and massage service was provided by Kim and Brianne was my husband’s massage therapist. The services for both of us were phenomenal (my husband said it was the best massage he’s ever had) and the spa amenities were awesome. We’ve “spa-ed” in lots of places and today was at the tip top of our favorites. Highly recommended. Plus, the Four Seasons Orlando is absolutely top notch.

This is undoubtedly a beautiful facility but a little was left to be desired especially when compared to other local luxury spa facilities and after reading other reviews here. First off there seems to be some inconsistency. We were celebrating my husbands birthday and I made that clear when making the reservations. When we celebrated his birthday here 3 years ago he was treated to champagne and truffles and overall catered to. This year he was given a few enthusiastic “happy birthdays” and nothing more. A little bothersome esp when I saw several people being treated to champagne. I read other inconsistencies in terms of the level of service in other reviews here. Secondly when compared to the admittedly older ritz spa this facility is vastly smaller. It lacks its own pool or access to the property’s pool (according to what we were told you cannot use the pools unless a guest of the hotel), its own spa restaurant, a gym and only has a steam room, small jacuzzi and one rain shower. The ritz spa by contrast is a free standing 3 story building with special treatments on the roof making it effectively 4 stories. The first floor houses a restaurant, pool, and gym. The second floor has the lockers, relaxation areas and a salon. The treatment rooms and co Ed relaxation area are in the 3rd floor. All in all the ritz is much more full service. I’d say both are a bit hit or miss in terms of quality of the aestheticians and masseuses. We have been to the four seasons spa twice now and the ritz countless times. Based on this last experience for which we spent nearly $800 on 2 services we probably will not return to the four seasons spa and save our money for the ritz spa or a stay at the four seasons hotel instead since one night at the hotel is equivalent to what we paid for mediocre spa services and I can tell you the hotel is phenomenal...

The best 3 hours of your trip
Dec 2018 • Couples
TLDR: add a massage and at least an extra hour to your trip to Orlando and experience pure relaxation and luxury. A magical paradise in the midst the go go go parks experience.

I highly suggest adding a couple hour spa day to your trip. On New Years Eve the busiest day at the parks we made the best decision. Magic Kingdom was at capacity at 11:30am and we were one of 3 people in the spa. The amenities are great so make sure to leave at least an hour around your spa appointment to use the steam room, rainforest shower, whirlpool and relax looking at this view!

My massage appoint was with Eduardo who I highly recommend for deep tissue massages. It is clear he is extremely well learned, knew exactly where to focus and helped me get out some big knots from my recent runs.

Perfect end to the best weekend

The last day of our stay at the Four Seasons we had a couples massage that was excellent. Kim is wonderful and listens to exactly what you need worked on and the massage beds were extremely comfortable with new face pads. The rest of the spa has tons of amenities and a neat experience shower, steam room, outdoor whirlpool, showers, and all you need to get ready post massage! Thank you!

Disappointed
Apr 2018 • Couples
Let me start off by saying the Four Seasons Spa facility is gorgeous and the spa itself is amazing. When I called to book my deluxe pedicures for me and my girlfriend (at 100 dollars each) I was informed I could use the spa and pool facility all day so we made sure to bring our swimsuits.

After getting our pedicure and relaxing at the spa we made our way over to the pool only to be told we can’t go into the pool because we basically didn’t spend enough money! What??? I was told I could use the pool when I made my reservation and even the women who gave us our pedicures told us to make sure to use the pool and ammenities. Sorry Four Seasons that I only spent almost $250.00 to essentially be treated like a second class citizen.

I’m a local and would love to return but after this cheap and tacky bait and switch I don’t know if I will. A very disappointing experience!

This is a fabulous spa with plenty of room and terrific staff attending to your every need. Don't visit the Four Seasons without visiting the spa. This one is on par with the very, very best. It has it all, and it does it all with excellence.

Give time time
Mar 2018 • Couples
The only way to enjoy an experience here is to give it the time it deserves. Prepare to relax, relax, have a treatment, relax. Take time to relax some more.
Enjoy!
This was a belated birthday gift that I utilised fully and savoured.
A delight topped off with a gift of chocolates covered strawberries!
What’s not to love?
The spa is spacious, with many comfortable nooks and crannies - complementary teas and nibbles. Outside seating with views. I had a massage by Mishie, who clearly knows her stuff; working on knots in my back and a stretched ITB in my right leg (and no wussy delicate stuff either - unless you want that!).
First class.

Very relaxing

My husband and I got the 50 minute massage. Both of us were extremely pleased with our massage therapists. They were attentive to the problem areas we pointed out. You can request female or male therapists. Afterwards, you can get in the hot tub, steam room or "experience shower." Or you can just lounge by the lake in a private covered area. My only disappointment was there is not a couples area where we could sit in the hot tub together. You have to go to the pool for that. There are a lot of options for other treatments like wraps and facials. There are also options you can add to your massage. It's a beautiful spa atmosphere.
